Would never stay at another...
Positives:
The motel was undergoing renovations and there was furniture and other items outside. However, the rooms were very clean and renovated. Friendly staff.

Disorderly exterior. But it didn't affect our stay and is temporary due to renovations.

Speaker was blown on TV making it pretty useless, WI-FI not enough signal to keep computer online. No chair to sit in, only place to sit was on bed. Old furniture stacked in front of door area. Only one chip of soap w/ no other amenities such as shampoo, etc.

Positives:
The coffee was okay. The location was good.
Negatives:
There was no place to sit down except on the beds, no chairs and no table to do any work on. No towel racks anywhere to hang anything wet, like towels or wash cloths, except the hangers in the closet. No racks in the shower. The toilet seat is ready to fall off and the shower head is loose. No lamps other than to two bed lights, which worked okay but blinded you when you looked at them.

The clerk was very nice and helpful. The price and the location.

There was no clock. The clerk was nice and tried to fine one. He couldn't and did a wake-up call. The sink and tub would not drain. The TV remote would only go up or down one channel. The bottom sheet kept popping off the corner.

Rooms are not available at check In time. Had no clue that they were doing construction on the building and then they tried to give me a room that was dirty and had toilet parts setting on the toilet to be fixed.
