I paid for these rooms 3 weeks in advance. When I arrived and gave the attendant my name and confirmation, she coudn't find it. I attempted to show her my phone with the reservation information pulled up and she responded very quickly without even looking..."I can't read that, it's too small." I wound up having to call Booking.com support and then Booking.com had to call the property. I could hear the property attendant arguing with the Booking.com support agent over the phone. After an hour of back and forth, I opened my Booking.com app and reserved a room down the street and left. I will NEVER go back to this property again.
