There was urine all over the toilet and on the floor, the molding was falling off one of the counters, the room smelled foul. If this was a Knights Inn or similar? But not a Marriott. Dont stay here.

The hotel needs to be updated. I booked a King studio with a sofa bed because I was traveling with my elderly father and children. I thought it was a separate bedroom. When we opened the door I saw two queen beds and called the front desk. The lady at the front desk said she upgraded me to two queen beds because she saw we had four people. The sofa bed was caved in and I didn't want to put my father on it because he is elderly so he had to share the bed with my child. The tv barely worked on regular channels and kept turning off and on. Couldn't connect to Netflix or any other streaming channels. The front desk said the tv is old and is going to be replaced. The bathroom was not up to par. The caulking around the toilet was on the side of the floor away from the toilet. The shower needed to be calked or replaced, Shower head was broken so the water splashed outside the shower on the floor. The bathroom door was dirty and had areas with f rust on it as well as dirty baseboards. The rug was buckling and appeared to be old in the sofa area, and the walls were banged up. I didn't feel clean in this room nor was I comfortable staying here.
