They gave us the worst room possible. Right next to the truck stop. All night you hear big noisy trucks coming and going.

Everything was okay especially for the price. Probably would stay again.

The elevator was broke. We were on the 2nd floor so we had to haul everything up and down the stairs. The inside pool was supposed to be an indoor heated pool but it was ice cold because the heater pump was broke or something they said. The hot tub was awesome though. The TV in the room do not have like basic channels you can watch the only thing u can watch is direct tv on demand. So the tv was very complicated to work especially with kids.

Room has pull down shades and I didn’t realize there were two. One darkens the room and that one was rolled all the way up and so I didn’t see it. Also, the room had an digital alarm clock that went off at midnight. I felt it was overpriced at $---.

They charged for my dog which I never paid before and refused to check the room at checkout so that the $250 hold on my credit card was released. The guy at the desk said I had to wait till 9 am when housekeeping came to work. I wanted to get on the road asap so I reentered the room and took pictures of the room so I had evidence that nothing was destroyed

Easy access to interstate highways for planned events and meals needed.
Negatives:
We understood our room had some handicap access but none other than a grab bar located in a very inaccessible tub. The room was on the highest floor of the facility at the end of the longest hallway. Getting to and from the room was difficult and a bath or shower difficult and risky. The mattress on our bed was extremely uncomfortable. We woke every morning with pain and stiffness. The complimentary breakfast was sparse and not enjoyable.
