The Jamaican guy at the front desk when I first checked and it was very nice and very helpful.

The Indian staff, which seem to be the owners at the establishment were very rude. Repeatedly called my phone, because my dog barked. They made up lies about how my dog has been barking since 6:30 in the morning, mind you when I got the phone call from them about the dog barking. It was around 9:30 in the morning. They say they are a dog or pet friendly establishment but they are really not. If youre a pet owner, please do not stay at this hotel they will treat you like crap.

The young lady on night staff who checked us in was AMAZING! She informed us of the area where to eat. I had a issue that arose and she showed empathy along with a willingness to help. She is a sweetheart

The room had a mildew smell and I tried everything to get rid of it, but it didnt help.
I also had to stay a extra night. I was given one rate that night. However, check out was different. My card was charged a higher amount. Had to contact the location back.
