It’s close to my parents house.

There was hair in some of the bed linen and the lock on our door quit working we had to wait over an hour to be let in our room last night. We had already been there for a day but they said sometimes the batteries don’t get charged or changed on the doors and we kept having to go downstairs tell them it wasn’t working standing in long lines to be helped and then finally after the third time the girl finally figured out how to fix it. Also I requested to be away from the elevator and off the bottom floor but the did not accommodate my request so around 6 am every morning it was loud and obnoxious and very difficult to get any rest.

Please help me understand the allowance of animals in a hotel! I can’t understand how my money and my comfort do not matter. Dogs barking in the middle of the night- can’t sleep, but I paid my money, too. Can someone direct me to a hotel chain that does not allow pets. I have nothing against pets, but them in a hotel where humans sleep is a NNNNOOOOOO!!

The room was filthy, the comforter and sheets had brown spots all over them. So did the floor had brown spots same as sheets. Looks like dog crap. The room attendants did not change the bedding at all nor clean the floor good. Very upset. I have pictures for corporate to see

The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The maintenance staff was very helpful with our issues (nothing wrong with the facilities - just us).

Staff was wonderful. Young black lady at the front desk, name starts with a K.. very quick and seamless check in. The room was very nice, bathroom very nice as well and updated. Noise level was low being on the 4th floor. I would definitely come back, nicely kept

Unfortunately, I pulled back bedding and found hair - tried to call the desk, no answer.. so I went back down and got sheets and pillowcases for both beds. The same young front desk lady was nice in assisting. I was asked if I wanted someone to come up- I said it didn't matter, if they were busy - & I ended up making both beds. I only saw hair under sheets of 1 bed, but due to it- I asked for 2 sets of sheets for both beds. I was told the hospitality mgmt would be notified, but I don't know what became of it as I thought someone was going to come up to the room, but never did. Breakfast though free, not many options, juice dispenser out of order, oj was in pitcher in fridge. Just in comparison to other Marriot hotels the options weren't there and I've seen better-food variety, breads and bakery goods & even down to hot beverages
