Sorry, we left a little before breakfast was served. The room was very clean. The beds where some what comfortable and could have been a little softer with a mattress pad but that was the only thing that wasn't on the top notch as far as I am concerned. Thank you!

The staff was rude. There was a cockroach in the room and I was told it was my fault when I opened the door. I asked for a refund so that I could get another room elsewhere and he would not refund me all of my money bc we used the bathroom.
After I went back to the room to back up all of my stuff. The man came barging in the room and said "you didn't leave yet"?
What if we were naked and changing in the room? He did not knock or anything.

Instead of charging you an accidental fee through the app and then issuing a refund a few days later, I paid for my room, which cost $100. However, I had to pay an additional $100 accidental fee to stay there. While I was refunded later, don’t be misled into thinking you’re getting a great deal just because you are not. I had to pay see a $200 or more for the room.

Needs a good cleaning, back of door was nasty. Could see daylight through the door frame. There was NO soap however I called front desk for soap still didn’t get any. Floor was dirty popcorn kernels everywhere. The bed was terrible.

The front desk staff are very nice and accommodating to your needs and even gave me extra time to check out due to work,

The wifi did not work, I was traveling for a work trip so it was really hard to work since the wifi was not good. The bathtub was rusty and did not appear clean, and once I got out of the shower there was water that was leaking into the main room.
