The room was dirty. There were stains on the bathtub some cracks on the walls and water stains on the ceiling. Broken glass bottles outside of the room door. Loud music in the parking lot until 2amm. They tried to change me for room again.

The facility was obviously being renovated during our stay. Door to room did not close properly. Renovation debris was present in the room. Some type of construction mastic was present on the new flooring.

The bathroom needs renovation, there were spiders and the tub was rusted. I was expecting the lobby to have breakfast but they were closed and the front desk didn't give me a receipt after cash payment.

The only good thing was location. We were close to our family. The people working (or owners) were nice. There was so much wrong with this place it should not be opened until completely remodeled. First room was dirty so we went to another one. Everything is SO OLD AND BROKEN. The safety reset switches didn't work in bathroom. Couldn't use outlets. Baseboards never been dusted. Plugged coffee pot into a electrical outlet by the bed it shot sparks and smoke, really scared us. The sheets were very dingy (not white at all). Dust ruffle torn and coverlets dirty or dingy. No breakfast buffet. Pool was closed and very dirty looking. I would not recommend this place for anyone. As many problems as we had and the front desk was aware of the outlets not working we should have been given a discount. Beds very saggy.

The area is a great location, close to Tybee and savannah. There are two restaurants in walking distance, along with gas stations for snacks. Check in was easy, and there are maids everyday if you want them.
Negatives:
They only allowed you two towels, and you had to turn in the two towels to them before getting another two. We had a child with us who couldve used her own towel also, but they wouldnt give us one. They power washed while we were there and pushed a ton of dirt under the door, which was a mess for a day or two. One of the drawers were broken and the shower made a very loud screeching sound when on. There also was not an outside trash can and people began making a big pile of trash outside the doors. This was not cleaned up the entire time I was there, there was a ton of trash and beer boxes etc just piling up everyday. I would say you get what you pay for. It was cheap, and we were just looking for a place to sleep because we would be out everyday, not spending much time there.
