At first the staff was great then shift changed, and they became not helpful!!

I wanted a simple place to stay for a decent price and that’s what I got. I’m quite happy with the value. (Interestingly, “value” wasn’t on your list of questions, but if it had been I would have rated it excellent.)

Dirty room, walls and corners either bad cobwebs or mold and dirt, was a splattered roach on the wall there was a hole in the bottom of my door so insects could just walk in
Lights were so dim and shady cuz they were just lamps that flickered

It was clean. It had a working television. The people outside that rented there were nice. The heater worked. The air worked. That's all the good I can say.
Negatives:
The room had an odor. The lady at the front desk was rude. It was a very difficult check inn. She did not talk to us with respect as a customer. She did not honor the military discount. They don't have breakfast. The other side of the facility had occupants that stayed there as a resident and the property had old refrigerators sitting outside. Tenants had grills out side,gas cans,trucks were blocking the entry and exit. The lady at front desk was veryyyyy rude!
