Great place to stay and relax with bar/restaurant on premises with an outdoor firepit to top it off on a chilly night.

Driving into the motel was a challenge and GPS didn't help.

The hotel could use an upgrade in the rooms, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast is basic, unattended, the breakfast room is unwelcoming and the food is not restocked.

We liked the layout of the property. There is a sports bar attached to the building. There was a gas fire pit with lots of available seating outside. The pool area was large. The beds were comfortable. I liked the pillows. There was a desk with chair and an upholstered chair in our room.
The parking lot was well lit and there is plenty of parking. We were pulling a trailer and had no issues finding a spot.
Negatives:
The popcorn ceiling in our bathroom was starting to come down. The tub resurface was peeling. It felt like there was a lot of maintenance that needed to get done, ie rusty door hinges, corners of the floor needed a good scrub, the door to the ladies restroom in the breakfast room needs replacing. It stuck badly. Doors were dirty. The chair in our room was dirty and the fabric was fraying.
The property is extremely close to the highway, which although convenient, made for a noisy room for sleeping.

The pool was nice, and the location was great for our needs.
Negatives:
The facility needs updating, it gives “just paint everything” landlord vibes. We had two rooms, and all three beds were different mattresses. Straight out of the Goldie locks nursery story. One was hard, one was too soft and one was perfect. The bath/shower is older then my grandmas, never been updated in 40 years type of shower, but the water pressure was wonderful. Definitely pricey for what it was, I wouldn’t have paid what I did if I knew what it really looked like. The pictures are deceptive. The staff is hit or miss, some super friendly, and others who need to purchase a bottle of better attitude at the nearest Walmart.

The mildew smell affected my new born we had to call paramedics. And everyone else had to adjust it as well. Everytime we flushed the toilet the floors in the room would get wet. House cleaning did not clean the room

Well one of the pillows that was in the room had blood on it. The small fridge was not very cold, and the AC was set to the lowest setting. So very cold in the room. Floors were not very clean.
