Positives:
I liked the location. It was close to the highway and food once we checked in for the night.
Negatives:
The rooms/furnishing were older and seemed dingy.

The phone wasn't connected in the room. I wasn't able to access the internet, with wrong directions from the front desk, until the third try. The remote on the television only worked sporadically.

Internet was difficult to connect, the in room phone was inoperable, was not notified that the pool was not operational. Price should have been modified.

At check in front desk was watching a soap opera blasting on tv in Libby. On check out morning room keys all over the place were not working. No one at desk from 6:55-7:25. Had to find a cook who got mater key to start letting guests back in rooms

pool was closed- and was advertised as open. Rooms were dirty. when these complaints were given to staff- they were rude and said thats your opinion. Corporate complaint was given and got a case number. Corporate was supposed to call within 24 hours

The TV Was big enough and got a good number of channels. The shower was great. Good hot water, and the tub was wide.

Everything was great except there was no room service. I know that has become more common but I dont appreciate the change.

It was very dated and not the cleanest.
