Negatives: The bathroom was incredibly small and I had to take a cold shower this morning. They ran out of hot water and there’s no breakfast in the morning not even continental.. The hundred dollar room deposit is a little bit excessive for a hotel that’s not even a three star hotel

Positives: The staff was very nice and made checking in and out a breeze!
Negatives: There was an old wall ac unit in the room that had a paper sign taped to it that said it was controlled by the wall thermostat. Also a piece of the metal bed frame was sticking out and was very sharp. My travel partner and I pushed it back under the bed to keep from getting injured.

Positives: The breakfast is delicious, very fresh and the coffee wonderful! I love the peace I have and the view from the top of the hill where is located. The Staff is very kind and professional, specially Kiki, Chintan y Mosam. Also, the rate was very affordable. I definitely will come back and stay there.

Positives: Wasn't allowed to adjust reservation so I could stay, so I liked nothing.
Negatives: This is a communication that I've thought a lot about and absolutely do not like making. My car broke down late Friday night, 03/22/2024, around 23:30 (11:30pm) so I made an online reservation, just before midnight as I walked to the facility. I selected 3/23/24 for check in date as that's all I could by this time & 03/24/24 as check out. The tenant that night however would not allow me to check in , he would not allow me to change it so I could check in, and after I told him why I was even asking to get a room & my car failing, he became short & rude quite frankly, informing me that I must contact the customer service from the website. I'm a Wyndham rewards member as you can probably see and I always try to choose La Quinta because of cleanliness first and customer service standards is almost always above expectations. I realize I'm not one of the people that uses a hotel 10+ days a month, I get that, but I feel since I exclusively stay at a Wyndham property for the 30 plus stays a year, he should have been a lot more compassionate about the situation I was in & at least tried to make it possible for me to get some rest before dealing with my car the next morning.
