Rooms are nice.
Staff was very nice.
USB ports on every wall sconce was very handy.
Plenty of power outlets.

Water pressure was good. TV worked. Property clean

Noisy, high pitched sound coming through the rear bathroom wall.
AC was way too cold, couldn't really train it to behave properly. I just bundled up with covers.
The metal frame under beds were noisy when hit by something. Room 110 had some weird stains on the ceiling over the bed, and on the wall near the wall vent in the bathroom. A high pitched mechanical noise also made working in the room in the morning impossible. The AC was keen to make the room into Antarctica. Fixing that should save the operator a pile of money in electric bills.
I switched rooms and had none of them problems.
I'm not used to being charged $50 deposit when checking in, and the billing is setup so it looks backwards from how it should be. I will doublecheck the charges once the deposits clear.. takes a few days to clear theh said. Apparently, this property has a certain type of guest that necessitates taking deposits, people stealing shelves from refrigerators, etc.

Positives:
Location for imagine was perfect. Check in and check out was a seamless experience and for the price it is unmatchable.
Negatives:
Tubs are definitely a little bit more outdated. I did have a few bug bites on my side flank. They didn’t look like bed bug bites but I was the only person out of the group to have gotten them.
