The breakfast area is on the construction but the room was clean ?? I like the beautiful view of the huge valley in the distance

Stop being stingy with the washcloths , it would be nice if they have a little convenience store or concession stand inside the building that was open cuz the vending machine is out of service

The outlet in the sink area kept tripping the breaker inside it all night even when nothing was plugged into it and elements of "upgrade" showed rushed or sloppy work i.e. cracked light facepanels, weird shapes cut into floor, etc

Location is convenient to family.

Bathroom wreaked of urine. Construction debris all over. Room remodel not completely cleaned up, with paint and drywall patch still splattered throughout the room. Also sewer/fruit flies were a nuisance in the room.

The owner taxed the animal fee by $3.00. They did not have any breakfast as stated that it free breakfast. The room is freshly painted but there were bugs. The air was turned off in the rooms took a while to cool off once I turned the air on.

Very disappointed. Stayed on a motorcycle trip with my dad, would not have stayed with my family

We booked another location due to the lack of safety.
Positives:
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room renovations were nice, though not completely polished. I expect they'll fine tune things. Location was good for my purposes this trip, but it's far from major interests.
Negatives:
In the midst of renovations, so with those new updates, there were a few small issues that comes with the territory such as drain flies in the new plumbing and some electrical issues with the lighting that kept them dimly lit at night.
