What I liked the most of my experience was the room. It was very lovely and had plenty of space.
Negatives:
At first we had several issues, starting with the check in which was at 3pm, but when we arrived at 4pm they hold us for a long time because there weren't rooms available with two queen beds. The ones that were available were still in cleaning process and they didn't know how long it will take. At the end they offered us the option to have two separate rooms instead of one with two queen beds. Later when the receptionist was explaining us the hotel ammenities and that we didn't have included the breakfast. We explained that we made the reservation through the website booking.com and it said that it included breakfast for the 3 people, but the receptionist explained us the hotels policy that only would be available for two people. I explained to the receptionist that even though it was the hotels policy and that it didn't matched it wasn't fair to us as customers because when we arrived to the hotel what we expected and purchased for wasn't what we got. It will be a better for a next ocassion to guarantee that what we as customers see through websites is what we get. The last thing that we didn't like so much was that the parking the hotel provided us was only valet parking with a purchase of $48 per night. It was a shame because most of the hotels include free parking and since we didn't knew the area we didn't want to risk our vehicle so we had to made that investment which we didn't have in mind.
