Positives:
Bed was comfortable and coffee in lounge area was good. Front staff was informative and parking attendants nice and helpful. I will mention staff that check me in was rude, very disconnected from any customer service, the remaining time other staff was great including front desk.
Negatives:
Our room was on street side, noise all night from traffic, car stereos, buses. Windows need additional sound insulating and better insulated walls. College students were there our last night, excessive noise from them but I will say the front desk did address the rooms when we called. Only stayed 2 nights though had reserved for 3, couldn’t handle nighttime noise.
