The location was fantastic. As a solo woman traveling, I felt very safe walking to and from the hotel. It was next to the waterfront and one block from the trolley stops.
Negatives:
I wish there was some outside sitting space like a balcony or patio from my room to enjoy the weather. The continental breakfast was very busy, and there was hardly anything left to eat for someone that arrived with an hour left in the time frame window. The lobby area was very small as were the rooms.

Positives:
I stayed at this accommodation while visiting SCAD and downtown. Although there were only two travelers, we chose a room with a queen-size bed since it was difficult to gauge the room size in advance. The room turned out to be quite spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The indoor temperature was well adjusted for the cold weather, which made the stay very pleasant. In addition, downtown is within walking distance. The property is located on a main road in downtown, so it felt safe, yet it was remarkably quiet.
Negatives:
As noted in the advantages, the building is quite old, which makes it more susceptible to noise travelling through the walls. Voices from the adjacent room are clearly audible, so both parties tried to be mindful of one another.

I did not like a lot.. the location of the hotel is great but overpriced if you consider the old building and not at all friendly staff… the rooms need some TLC…. I consider the hotel a max 2 star hotel.
