This was a very nice hotel, the breakfast was included and a good spread, the entry area was clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly.

There is no elevator which is not advertised so be aware you have to carry your luggage up stairs

The staff was friendly! The front desk agent who checked me in and out was very helpful during my stay. I will 100% stay there again. The location was great, the room was clean.

Hallway did have a slight musty smell that I believed was maybe old carpeting, I would suggest replacing the carpet with new or viynl plank flooring similar to rooms. The breakfast wasn't exactly what I had in mind. The warming standing was dated and needed to be replaced. The dining/causal area could use a bit more family sitting. Overall, it was a nice comfortable hotel for the price and the location.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke. The facility is marketed as 100% smoke free, but my room was not. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.

Vinyl flooring doesn't make for comfortable at home experience. It was wet the whole time. Slimy slippery. I feel like it was in a cement block. No venting really. Not even a shower liner, just the fabric.. The towels won't even dry. Was so damp in there.

We came for a weekend getaway. Soon as I got in the room I noticed dead roaches on the floor and on climbing the curtain. My daughter noticed what appear to be blood splatter on her sheets.
