Everything, front desk manager didn’t know her job. Booked a Handicap room with walk in shower. She called her boss, property manager, Rob Sam, who refused us a room when questioned on how ALL the Handicap rooms were booked. Total AHole.

The property had been remodeled, but there were some things missing from the room. There were no hangers present to hang clothes on, no iron/ironing board, and there was nowhere to hang towels, etc to dry. The hallways on each floor were extremely warm (over 80 degrees. Our floor was 83 degrees). There should be ice machines on each floor. I assume they were not complete with the remodel as there was a room for the ice machine and plumbing, but nothing. The only ice machine was on the first floor.

The staff was wonderful! The room is very spacious and clean also there was a nice pool which was also clean! They also served a very nice hot breakfast which included as sausage and I strongly recommend is cinnamon roll Belgium waffle.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like.
