Negatives: I missed the hot breakfast-eggs, bacon or sausage.

Negatives: The “cleanliness” of this facility was unacceptable. My guess would be it hadn’t been in cleaned between a few guest stays and someone just made the beds. After checkin we received a text telling us that if we needed anything to reply to the text. Once in our room Inreplied to the text with photos of the dirty room. A reply, a couple hours later stated staff would contact us shortly. No one did. Checkout the next morning, front desk receptionist stated she would have the room refunded due to our dissatisfaction. No refund. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet wasn’t clean. There was hair in the sink and all over the tub. The floor had evidence of something spilled that wasn’t cleaned. The mirror had someone’s name written on it that could only be seen after taking a shower with flip flops on. Pubic hairs on the bed. Food remnants and garbage on the floor in the corner by the light. Childrens hand prints/smears all over the window. It was gross. Ice machine didn’t work. Had we not already driven 16 hrs that day I would have demanded a refund that night and changed hotels. I chose this hotel rather than others because there was a pool for the kids to use when we got there. The photos are deceiving. It’s much smaller than it looked in photos and with the 2-3 families already occupying the pool area- there was no room in the hot tub or the pool.

Negatives: Bath had previous users soap tray and the bath counter was water stained quite a bit. The hairs in the bed, the past users food in the fridge, the ac doesnt work and the folks in the room next door, woke up at 6 and started cooking some ungodly smelling crap. I was going to spend another day. Sorry - this was not a good adventure. I went elsewher.
