I personally liked Bonnie, she was the front desk attendant. Bonnie made our stay very welcoming and she was always knowledgeable and helpful.
Negatives:
I didn't liked being watched by the employees, who I take it lived there. I felt very monitored coming and leaving. The room itself was not like the picture at all, it was rather ran down and unkept.
