Put us in a handicap room Bathroom wasn’t completely clean I found a false fingernail and trash on floor
Put money in soda machine for a bottle of water and it was empty couldn’t get money back
Person making omelets and eggs didn’t clean pans in between So eggs had different taste than wanted

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The check-in was seamless. I just had to remind the clerk that I was a member, I'm usually recognized in the system.
Negatives:
The hotel is a little dated compared to other Embassy Suites I've stayed at. The breakfast was bland. I've had better experiences with the breakfast at other Embassy Suites.

It was decorated very good and nice and food was good . The tall man who came to vacuum our room was beyond sweet!

Lady behind the bar was RUDE!!! The pool was not warmed , I was told yall had a jacuzzi and there was one, the food serving people were very short, our sheets had stains all over them

The carpet in the hallways looked dirty, the elevators seemed old, the bathroom was clean but seemed dated. The rooms didn’t looked as new as the lobby and dining hall. I didn’t like that the hotel was pet friendly
