Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Booked this online and checked the check-in requirement which stated 18 years old and above as I am 19 years old. Drove 5 hours and they would not let me check-in they said they changed the policy minimum age to 21 years old but I was never informed. To make it all worse they charged me one night cancellation fee as if any of this was due to any action of mine.

The pilling paint, the slippery bathtub with smell in the water having to fight with the key reader to even get into the building which is a work choice because you have to get inside the building to check in to get the key. Checking out the lady was just very unprofessional. Would not ever go back there again

Laundry room ceiling had a water leak & there were towels all over the floor in front of the dryers..would have been ok if the manager had replaced the towels every 1/2 hour or so...they were soiled, wet, sticky & smelled up the room..no one at the front desk seemed to care as we were told they'd tell someone...we'd been traveling 9 days & needed to do laundry..the laundromat we saw the next day down the road was twice as much, but clean!...wish I'd seen it sooner. Upon check out the attendant didn't know how to print me a "$0-balance receipt" which was unsettling to me as after paying $500+ I'd have liked to have a receipt showing no unexpected/hidden charges would pop up.
