Our room was one hour late upon check-in... they had to switch our room. There was a major problem with the AC in our room as well! We were so disappointed, especially with us paying over $---for two nights!!

I had called ahead to check the valet parking fee and was told it was $30. That was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. When I checked out, I was charged $45 a day! That is absurd! But they have a captive audience because parking is very limited.

The location is best. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel. For the class of hotel it is, it is excellent. Breakfast had eggs with biscuits and gravy or another hot item. What you would expect. Nice way to start the day.

Location, view, bed comfort, fridge, microwave Coffee was delicious View to river was fantastic Personnel was friendly and helpful. Suzanne, the concierge, was essential to my tours participation. She made reservations for me for three tours and was always professional and friendly.
Negatives:
Too much cold air conditioning in the room. Toiletries: lotion container was empty. Hard to press the pump without knocking the container off the wall. Bathtub had debris coming out of the drain when taking a bath Breakfast was ok. Could improve with better baked goods (sliced bread and pastries were bland and boring) Need whole wheat choice. Staff could be more personal. They seemed overworked and tired.
