Arrival parking poorly designed. Once checked my stay was excellent.

The location and convenience were great. Beds were really comfortable and rooms were nice.

Bathroom sink didn't want to drain. Housekeeping is supposed to clean the rooms and replenish toilet paper and towels every other day. This did not happen. We had to go down to the front desk and request more toilet paper. We also got charged twice for ballet. We have tried calling the hotel more than 20 times since we got home today and saw the additional charge. Every time someone answers the phone and we tell them what we need, the call disconnects.

Location was great! Room was immaculate! Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Only one reception member (she was at the desk on the morning of Tuesday Nov 25 2025) was willing to help me when I asked about the concierge and actually gave me a brochure, map and coupons for the trolley.
Negatives:
Overall reception staff is aloof and nonchalant. Not friendly or well-informed. Did not offer any locale info. No luggage racks in the room. No concierge available at all during our stay.

The location was ideal. We parked the car (not at the hotel valet - at a lot two blocks down that was less than half the $58/daily hotel cost for a non-compact car) and walked everywhere. The hotel room air conditioning was absurdly loud and clunky and rattley. There is a ceiling stain that looks like it was repaired but need to be painted over. The rate is high and should include at least a continental breakfast. The valet parking should be half the rate it is without an extra charge for driving a “non-compact” car. This is the USA - most people drive SUVs, cross-overs or pick up trucks. Housekeeping service should be daily. At least replenish towels daily - 3 towels for 2 people for 2 days is one towel short. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel was clean. Just need to do better facility maintenance and offer a slightly better value with breakfast and the ridiculous parking rate.
