My room not ready after check in time for 2 hours. Front desk clerk inept and rude. Didn’t like treatment or location so found another better hotel. I suggest you no book here

The staff was so kind and helpful! Shout out to our girl Ayana! She brought joy and smiles to our day. The front desk staff was super accommodating; one woman even helped us book a tour. The hot breakfast in the morning was great! And the hotel's location is perfect! It's near everything. There is also plenty of coffee and water for you to have throughout the day.
Negatives:
I wish the option to get breakfast and eat in our rooms were a little more accessible, but other than that, it was a great stay with friendly staff.
