Location, we love the Savannah area and this hotel is in the middle of it all.

Need to address the check in procedure. I was 3rd in line and no one else. The young lady was doing her thorough job, but I waited 30+ minutes. Only one person at the counter.

Staff was very friendly and provided helpful information. I was traveling with a pet and they were extremely accommodating.

$45 for valet parking, which I did use because it was very convenient Limited walking space when traveling with a pet, but adequate. Neighborhood behind hotel seemed questionable but safe enough during the day.

Line to check in took 40 minutes. Television didnt work. Reported twice with no response. Would not stay again

We loved the location for the money that was paid!! We could park and walk to everywhere we wanted to go!!

The room that was assigned to us was handicapped, so when we took a shower, water went everywhere!! So next time we will definitely ask for a regular room!

$42 a day for parking?? Hair in the shower before we used it. Remote control did not properly control TV. No guide for channels.
