Negatives: We booked the hotel well in advance to our stay and upon our arrival we were told they were fully booked. I dont understand how we didnt have one of the rooms since we were already booked for a room. We were grateful that they put us up in another hotel no charge to us but the room we stayed in was much smaller than we booked. We are a family of 6 with teenagers, a child and a toddler we also have 2 dogs so to say it was a tight squeeze is an understatement. My husband had to sleep on the floor. So the stay at Homes 2 suite could have been great had we been given the room we booked weeks in advance!

Negatives: Breakfast had no potatoes of any kind. The breakfast set up could be more fresh. Felt more like a grab & dash set up. I would opt out from breakfast and go to Panera next time.

Negatives: The room bathroom was dirty , the couch pillows were slit , the door was dirty ,

Negatives: There was nothing that I didnt like

Negatives: Nothing! I like it all.

Negatives: We requested a ground floor room near an exit as we have 2 small dogs. Big mistake. This must be the most used room for people with dogs that are not trained and pee on the furniture and bed skirt. It was gross and not clean. The carpets in the hallway were stained and dirty. The dining table had splotches. The AC was set at 62 when we arrived - obviously to disguise the smell of dogs pee. The sofa smell was asphyxiating! Plus there was construction in the room above, at 6:30pm on a Friday night! The tile floor grout was black and there were long black hairs on the floor. We moved rooms - a pain after a long day of driving south from MA to FL and having unpacked. The new room smelt clean but the dish drawer had a bug squished between the bowls. Cutlery and dishes were limited. The bed was comfortable but the linen was thin and skimpy. The TV remote didnt work, but we swapped it out at the front desk for one that did. The staff at the front desk were apologetic and accommodating and offered a 25% discount which should have been a total comp! The breakfast in the morning was inedible, dont bother to include it. In fact, stay somewhere else. New Home2 Suites properties are ok but the building and decor are cheap and they deteriorate fast.

Negatives: The Hot Breakfast was not that good. They had some kind of wheat waffle mix that wasnt good at all and the sausage was just ok all the other hot food was pre wrapped breakfast sandwiches

Negatives: It was hard to find me by name, but was successful with the confirmation code. My card didn't work at first and I couldn't get in my room. Once I told the receptionist, she fixed the problem in seconds.

Negatives: I booked for a room with a bathtub but didn't get it.
