Exceptional
Negatives:
Customers service at the front desk the worst. I checked in on December 31, 2025 at 1:40. I contact the hotel before my trip. Ask them about service dogs they told me to bring my paperwork with me I did the young lady a the front desk telling I don’t have a service dog before see my paperwork. Is she a doctor I’m confused.

Exactly what we needed and...
Positives:
The hotel was very clean and the room fit our family of 4 comfortably with 2 beds and a sofa bed. There was a snack stand in the lobby and breakfast every morning. The fridge was large and kitchen was nice. The location was pretty convenient to savannah and parking was easy.
Negatives:
The breakfast did not have a lot of healthy options and was inconsistent. They had no milk two days we were there. Using the key for the elevator was a pain as the kids couldn't go from the lobby to the room after breakfast because they didn't have keys.

Positives:
I loved the size of the room, location, free breakfast, and free parking.
Negatives:
The sheets/bedding were not super comfortable, especially the top "comforter" (more like a table cloth).
While the food and options were fine, the breakfast bar could use some work.
- there isn't enough seating and what was there should be configured differently (more groups of 2 and 4).
- having everything in one (compact) straight line makes for lots of congestion
- I never saw staff cleaning the tables. At least least rags or sani cloths so we can wash it ourselves instead of eating at a sticky table (left by a previous guest).

The room size was great, and the location was ideal.
Negatives:
I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and despite being told that housekeeping is provided every other day, my room was never cleaned even once during the entire stay, no vacuum, no trash removal, no bed made, nothing. This is not a minor inconvenience but a complete failure to deliver a basic service that the hotel itself advertises and that guests reasonably expect. I should not have to chase staff or repeatedly ask for routine housekeeping, especially during a multi-night stay. For a hotel charging standard rates, this level of neglect is unacceptable, extremely disappointing, and reason enough for me not to return. I expect a refund for at least one of the nights.
