Did not like to have to go to the lobby to get a plunger to fix their clogged toilet. Did not like the loose toilet seat. Did not like the pungent smell of cleaning products in the dirty room, which seem to have been coming up the pet stains on carpets.
Did not like the broken sink and the TV which was ready to fall off the wall.
Did not like that the sheets on the pullout bed were unfolded and stuffed in a bag, which I'm damn sure were used and never cleaned.
Certainly did not like the $200 I had to pay per night for the poor room! Hilton should be ashamed of the management at this location.

Positives:
Good breakfast, nice variety. Enjoyed the coffee! Large room. Lots of space and drawers for our stuff. While we didn't need it., there were charging stations for electric vehicles

While the hotel can't control it, doors to the rooms were always slamming. Can't the doors be adjusted to close more quietly?

I really loved the hotel, the comfort of my room, and the cleanliness

I didn’t like being told my card declined at check out and the staff demanding another payment when the funds had been taken from my account. That was my second stay there but due to that issue I don’t think I’ll be returning.
