Friendliness of the staff- front desk, valet parking, and breakfast/happy hour- Hotel employee and the other ladies were great! Location is prime and you can't beat the views and atmosphere from the rooftop deck. We'll be back for sure!

The staff lied when we inquired about leaving a day early because our flight home got canceled and we needed to cut our trip short. They said it wasnt a propem when I asked the front desk but when we got back home it was a different story.

Rooms are unclean, carpets look dirty, and the bathrooms were filthy. We had to request for a room change after my wife discovered on our first night that there were long strings of blond hair all over our bed. Meaning, the bed was NEVER changed.

charged 45.00 for a valet fee we never used . Called the person argued with me that we valet. I offered to send a picture of our garage ticket with stamped date/time. Asked for email receipt never got. Asked person name and he hung up on me.

Homewood Suites overall is a great hotel in a convenient location. I enjoyed the Roof Top experience. The staff whom I came in contact with, from the front desk to housekeeping, were friendly and polite.

The hotel is under construction right now, and the noise early in the morning can be annoying. Walking around the construction area was a bit inconvenient. The room was clean but the tub was a little outdated.

Fire alarmed at 1am and it seems frontdesk didn't care when we asked whats going on. My pregnant wife has to go stairs from 6th floor to the lobby. It was our anniversary we asked for slippers and bathrobe and no one provided it. Valet parking was slow.

I didnt realize the construction would make the room window be completely blocked kinda disappointing to pay 800+ dollars to be on River Street and cant look out the window.

Construction going on, valet parking, 45.00 a day with no choice. We were on the 8th floor close to the roof top bar, door slamming all the time, we were right across from the exercising room very noisy.
