The staff overall was lackadaisical, house keeping left our room door propped open for several hours during the day, for us to find upon arrival that evening. No one seemed to care.

Terribly managed. What they call "street views" was facing a loud generator (see picture) just in front of the window. Disappointing service. The pool was so small and crowded that there was a queue to get a towel/sun bed.
