Reserved room with a view and was told upon check in "none of our rooms have views". Concierge reassigned our room to another guest who walked into our room about 20 minutes after checking in. "Dining" amenity is breakfast only.

Wonderful experience.
Positives:
The valet parking was excellent, although a little pricey. Our room was on the first floor which we liked. The location was great, close to restaurants, the riverfront and activities as well as shopping.
Negatives:
The $25 per day visitor/tourist fee, although the hotel provide vouchers for 2 drinks at the bar each day as compensation. Since I was the only adult, I only drank 1 of the drinks provided for each night.
