Positives:
Location
Negatives:
Traffic outside room during the night. Very loud and we were on 7th floor. Dogs were allowed.

Very good
Positives:
Hotel staff was most charming with us in every way, kuddos to everyone including Sherry. Stayed for holiday and had a very late Thanksgiving dinner inside the hotel, very well made steak. The hotel room was spacious and well lit, with two very comfortable, spacious beds, everything was clean and worked really well.
Negatives:
Nothing. We should like to be back if in Savannah.

Positives:
Location was great
Bar area was great - checking in they do give you 2 coins for drinks and bottled water is free with your stay
Restaurant employees were very nice and accommodating
Negatives:
They charge you $75 a day in advance for additional charges (what if you don't have any) 5 days stay is an extra $375 someone has to come up with which is too much!
Front Desk clerks - Lady at Front Desk seemed too busy to check someone in when the other clerk was busy.
Elevators not working, had to wait several minutes and long lines.
Valet cost too much
Dog Friendly Hotel but there is not a good spot for your pups to do their business

Passable
Positives:
Location, cleanliness.
Negatives:
They charge you a $25 “amenity” fee per night that includes two drink passes at the bar. Booking doesn’t account for this in the prices. If you don’t drink alcohol, you’re effectively paying $25 for two bottles of water. Pretty ridiculous.

Positives:
Greet decor, excellent ambience, perfect location
Negatives:
I had a lot of questions about where to park since we came in late and I was trying to park on the street. I asked a lot of questions, but no one seemed to know the answer. We also asked about dinner places again since we got in late. No one had any suggestions seen for breakfast so I think if the staff was more informed about the area that would’ve been helpful.
We were given free drink tokens, and I gave them to my two teens, but the bartender gave them the wrong drink, and I tried to get replacements, but the staff shrunk their shoulders

Positives:
I loved the location of the hotel. We were able to walk literally everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
I do believe the floors in the rooms could have been a little cleaner. The windows in the rooms seemed moldy, held too much moisture. They should do a little better getting animal smell out of the rooms but it wasn't horrible.

Wish you had more time...
Positives:
Excellent location in old town Savannah. They give free drinks in the bar to make for the poor condition of the hotel.
Negatives:
Old tired and run down. Dingy in room and public space. Bedroom floor gritty. Numerous people with dogs. Supposed to have suite but elevator wasn’t working so got moved a lesser room. Elevator appears to not haved work for the suites in sometime. Alternative was to walk up several flights.
