The staff was very nice and answered any question I had.They offered good breakfast and the location was 10 minutes from the city and 30 minutes from tybee island.
Negatives:
When you walk in the building everything downstairs is really nice and renovated but when I got off the elevator on the second floor their were scratches on the wall and when I walked in my room it seemed very off with the colors and the room was very hot at first. I had to get new linen for the bed because it had stains. The staff was very understanding when I went downstairs go get a new set.

This place is a total scam run very unprofessional and ignorant people. Upon arrival, I had to change the room three times because first time room wasnt clean and someone was there; second time AC wasnt working. The manager told me she would reimburse me 25% of total charges due to the inconvenience. However, I was informed by booking.com fee wasnt adjusted.
I received a call within 10-minutes after checkout to inform me that I wont be reimburse for deposits either because they have found stool on my bedsheet!!!! And when I rushed into the hotel and tried to explain the situation they werent not listening and aggressively acted towards me. Also, they have mentioned they got cameras. That begs the question do they install camera at room? Shouldnt that be a violation of privacy? Anyway, I found this whole incident a set-up to keep my deposit money.
I stayed in so many hotels but never ever I experienced this kind of unprofessionalism and rudeness from hotel stuff. Their business appears me a total scam.
Please stay away from this place and spend your money somewhere else.

Positives:
Location was close to some good hole in the wall restaurants, as well as far enough away from downtown avoiding traffic
Negatives:
The breakfast was nearly wiped out by 8:30 and they didnt replenish besides a small serving of eggs. Heavy construction outside the property made it confusing to try and follow GPS anywhere. Lots of noise in the middle of the night sounding like people coming in and out of rooms but very amplified.

Parking can get tough during the weekend. We stayed 7 days so the repeat breakfast was little under whelming.
