The dining room was a little bit confusing, you would walk in from the hotel and not be aware to walk further to the main entrance to be seated. The second day I was there, somebody for restaurant greeted me at the hotel entrance side

Not far from some of the downtown restaurants. Found out it's an old Coke bottling plant...kinda neat.

Some of the staff had poor English and my foreign language isn't too good either. Made it difficult when we had some requests.

Positives:
Love the garden/patio area. The wine hour is a nice touch. I have stayed here a few times, but still have not found the time to lounge by the pool, but it is stunning.
Negatives:
The concierge is a little gruff. Watched him interact with several people. I also asked for recommendations for dinner he gave me the two nearest restaurants, but then gave a younger couple different maybe a little trendier locations. Plus, I explained the restaurants he gave me did not have any openings. He said I could wait for a table for a couple or hours, but he didn't think anything was worth that wait. I ended up going to the restaurant I said I was thinking about he did not recommend and it was fabulous. The restaurant was A.Lure by City Market.

Asked for a razor, was told housekeeping didn’t come in. Had to go down to get it. Cold weather in area asked for extra blanket was told they had none was given a sheet.
