Truck got broken into during the night. The staff was the least helpful in the situation. Couldn't answer any phone calls during the middle day. Do not stay here

I asked for clean towels, to have my garbage removed, and for more tissue at 10:30 am I left out for the day and came back 8 hrs later with nothing done. I had to ask again. That should not have happened

Broken furniture broken alarm system and then given a different room. New room still had broken furniture. Couldnt get tv to work they came up and said the cabinet was moved which was hiding the box. This cabinet was also broken. No tissues and very scary as my cousin slipped in the tub. Unfortunately the tub was very slippery. Ended up putting a towel on the floor in there. It just seemed like a nightmare experience. After traveling all day its last thing you need. I e never experienced this in any other stay at the LaQuinta. Just not a good experience

I made a simple request weeks in advance, for a first floor handicap accessible room for my disabled spouse and service dog closest to the exit. On the day of check-in, I again sent a message prior to check-in of my simple request. Was this request honored at check-in. NO! We ended up on the second floor no where near an exit! Very disappointing!
