Negatives: The way the staff talk to you treat you disrespectfully the whole time we was there I am not going to recommend it to anyone and it will have to be the last option in the world before I go back there again

Negatives: The breakfast was sub-par. I needed my husband’s help to turn on the shower faucet. The carpets need replacing.

Negatives: When I came in, late and tired, the 2 men at the desk were not particularly friendly, no greeting or smile. They obviously were bored and not interested in pleasantries. Late evening, I felt this slight tremor in the room, I went out and asked the man at desk what might be, "I have not a clue". The next morning, as I was going for my walk, the door next to my room was open, it was the laundry room. Giant washers and dryers. The obvious cause of the tremors I felt the night before.

Negatives: Pool was closed, drugs in parking lot being sold, a lot of people hanging out that weren’t guests. Front desk man was mean and not helpful.

Negatives: Hotel was old and falling apart. Parts of the ceiling were falling down. The bathroom door didn't close. The whole place smelled bad. Just very old and run down.

Negatives: Sheets were stained, dirty hand towel hanging from shower curtain. Floors dirty. Toilet falling off foundation. Room not made up after first night. No clean towels. Had to go get clean towels at front desk. Food at continental breakfast gone by 8 am. We would recommend you advise people to not stay here.

Negatives: My shower wouldn’t turn on at all. The tv in main area didn’t work. The room and hallway had a foul smell throughout.

Negatives: My personal opinion is, that the crew is definetly nice, but in a lot of cases unexperiend. Hopefully somebody pays attention, because it could be that this hotel is running down, which would be a shame. For my personal taste the madress from the bed could be a little bit harder, but nevermind. One of the real issues is, it has no secured internet connection (just a connection without password which every hacker could easyly crack. If you ask someone, it's not so easy to get help. It looks like staff is not to familiar with IT. After realizing that WLAN on my PC is not working I tried to take the public computer. He did't work because he was obsolete, as same as the treadmill in the fitness center. So my advise: defend the beginning

Negatives: It was very noisy. There was only one plug in the room that worked and then it could only handle one thing plugged into it. The corners in the bathroom were in need of a good clean. The back door could not be opened with my room key from the outside which made loading and unloading my car a problem.
