Negatives: There was an issue with the cleaning staff and none of the rooms had been cleaned that day. No one was able to check into their rooms until late into the night. I arrived at 6pm but did not get in a room until 1am and the room I got only had one bed instead of the two that I had booked. The staff were very terse with me. I get that they could have been stressed from the situation but could have handled it much better. I would have loved a discount or something due to the error but the morning staff acted like nothing had happened. Very frustrating experience.

Positives: There wasn’t much that I liked. The only thing was the location- it wasn’t too busy.
Negatives: The bathroom smelled awful, the bathtub was disgustingly dirty, the floors turned our feet black from how dirty they were, we were never given fresh linens our entire stay until we went to the front desk to ask for them, and there weren’t enough outlets to charge everything. I would NOT recommend.
