Location was convenient to the car show we were there for.

Front desk lady was rude bc myself and another guest were waiting to check in and no one to be found but could hear someone talking in the back room. So we yelled hello to get her attention. She didn't like that and told us to use the phone next time. There was a phone on the counter that neither of us paid any attention to. Our fault for not reading the sign, but no need to be rude. When we came back in with our bags another person was waiting to check in. I let her know to use the phone bc she didn't see the sign either. Apparently there was storm damage, and the whole 1st floor was closed. Our room was on the 3rd floor. It smelled like pinesol and wet dog. I took my shoes off to get in bed and the carpet was wet. Not gushy wet but still pretty wet. Floors were dirty in the bathroom. People hanging out in the parking lot. I could go on...

Rooms were clean. Price was comparably low to other hotels in area, that's why we selected the hotel, as decision to travel was done at the last moment. Free parking on site, a lot of space.
Negatives:
Hotel is close to i95 and airport, so it's quite noisy during a night. No breakfast in hotel, just coffee and some snacks to purchase. In one of two rooms there were no shampoo and body wash, they were just missing together with holder for them.

The hotel was with strong humidity and wasn't clean like my last time that I stayed. Also didn't smell well probably for the humidity and the issues the hotel had with flooding the first floor that was informed same day of reservation.

The wonderful hospitality and excellent customer service. The room was very nice and clean. Very convenient to shopping, food, gas and not too far outta the way from downtown. Not noisy at all! Was able to get some good rest. Especially with the late check out option. We really appreciated everything and enjoyed our stay. We definitely will be booking again whenever we're in the Pooler area. Thanks so much for everything!
