Negatives: my room smelled very bad and was not properly cleaned prior to my stay, as evidenced by someone's old shampoo bottle under the chair in the room and some of the towels not being fully clean. the water fountain was out of order and when I asked staff if there was any way to get water, I was denied and dismissed.

Negatives: Not clean room smelled like piss

Negatives: I'm being told I cannot stay any longer after being here for 3 weeks because I didn't pick up after my dogs used the bathroom... Mind u NOT ONE OTHER PERSON HAS PICKED UP BEHIND THEIR DOGS EITHER! Everyone should be told to leave! The African American lady at the desk is racist against white people her attitude has been just nasty since day 1. The first lady in the office stole 100$ from me saying it was a pet deposit. She said she asked my husband when he checked in but she in fact did not!!

Negatives: The hotel was in extremely poor condition. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the building, mixed with an unpleasant odor of urine in several areas. Many guests were smoking everywhere, which made the environment feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Our room also smelled bad, and the overall condition of the property was very deteriorated. We ended up leaving shortly after checking in because the place did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards. I would not stay here again.

Negatives: The older black lady was the rudest person I've ever met working at a hotel. My wife got up to go get breakfast for us while I was asleep. When she walked in the lady came running down berating her and told her she cant get food if she's not staying here. My wife then told her it was under my name and the room number to confirm. The lady told her she looked homeless and that she needed to get me and bring me down if she wanted food. All while multiple people were walking in and she did not once ask them or give them a hard time. I will not ever come back. The beds are buckled in the middle that ac barely works. The I've machine doesn't work half the time. I give this place a negative 2 out of 10.

Negatives: The owner the African American lady is very rude and the maintenance man they sits and gossips about everyone from me walking by them for breakfast or being at the office. I constantly see they allow people to hang out and smoke marijuana out there and it's families and people on vacation staying. The towels are dirty never clean have hair on them and they have numerous broke beds there. I notice a lot of prostitution going on there and witnessed one screaming and yelling and kicking a door 2 days in a row it was so horrible you would have thoughts someone was getting beat up outside. Me and my fiance stayed there for a month but it was one day we had a mishap and didn't pay before 11 am and we called 12:19 to pay we was told we couldn't pay over the phone so we was willing to come in an pay and the lady supposedly the owner that's under the head owner told us we had to take our stuff out the room and come back at 3 to check in so we did but she purposely canceled our reservation an hour later after 1pm but we still winde up coming back but my fiance had to book another reservation under his name. So we paid them yesterday and today and then was told by another employee we can't return any more and was banned and I felt that was unfair because they allow so much go on at the hotel and we was late one time paying late and we treated horrible.

Negatives: Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the linens were stained, the room was not clean, and there was a strong unpleasant smell. The towels looked used, and we found hair throughout the room. The carpet was so dirty that our white socks turned black just from walking on it. We also experienced a serious safety concern. A homeless individual was seen trying to get into our car while someone was inside watching. Because of this, we had to park near the front desk for safety. The surrounding area felt unsafe as well, with loud drinking and partying from nearby residents. Overall, this was one of the worst lodging experiences we’ve had, and it completely overshadowed our visit. We will not be returning and hope management takes these issues seriously.

Negatives: Check out time should be honored before approaching the rooms. The staff scared my daughter's entering the room before 11a checkout just because the door was opened...I was loading the car...

Negatives: Pool close

Negatives: Breakfast was typical for this type/level of hotel. Eggs were terrible because they were cold... much better when realized I could warm them up in the microwave. Please show attendant that the lid needs to come down when she puts eggs in the warmer & to keep eye on it since guests may not know.
