Room was very lovely.

When purchasing rooms staff should disclose the amounts of check in deposits either in email or by phone call. Not knowing can be very misleading.

It was pleasant, very comfortable stay.

Location of the hotel

The accidental fee was not told upfront
Only told about it after questioning why there was an additional 45$ on credit card
Did not approve for 45$ to be charged only the 25$ parking fee
Also was told fee was only 20$ then went back and said it was raised to 40$ she didnt know but therefore we did not know either and it was charged regardless.
Parking at a hotel should be included not an additional fee
Our TV didnt work it was jumping up and down and only half the screen
Ice machine out of order
And at 930 when taking items to the car we was getting mean stares from the cleaning staff guess they wanted us out before checkout

Location and being by everything.
Negatives:
The furniture needs to updated. Towel bar in my room kept falling off the TV was real spotty. The rooms are ok but could be better. I feel u are downtown people are looking for quality stuff. My stay was ok.

Amanda at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and personable. Definitely a big asset to the hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is top notch. Just in front of JW Marriott.

It can get a little loud with the road directly out front from the room but that was expected.

Great hotel in a wonderful location

The hotel is right in the heart of historic Savannah. There are lots of restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk.

The hotel is a little older, and it was a little expensive for what they had to offer. Although cheaper than the other hotels in the area.

Location to historic and tourists activities was excellent. Room was adequate. Parking availability was adequate.
Negatives:
Paying for parking. Although a pet friendly hotel...there wasn't a place to walk my dog...no specific grassy area to walk her at. Refrigerator froze all my food. Handle for shower would not stay where the water temperature was comfortable. It had yo be cool or scalding.
