Relaxing and an enjoyable stay

The location is good. You can go anywhere you need. There are several fast food restaurants near. But that's all that is positive.
Negatives:
The room wasn't clean. It smells with chlorine. There were cockroaches. Everything looks so old and shabby. We thought we could at least have normal breakfast. But there was literally nothing to eat.

Staff OK. Manager said they were working on it. At this point dirty, mold, roaches seen and most likely bed bugs because blood drops on sheets after sleeping there. I don't care about old just dirty under staffed. OFFICE chained up because of bad area..

Close to exit of 195. Room was clean but had a bit of a smell from smoke. Supposed to be non smoking room. Near places to eat.

We were give a room that was already occupied!! After getting another room and that hassle we were given a room that was Dirty, electrical outlets didnt work, was supposed to have a handicapped room, tub was standard tub. The continental breakfast was a joke!!! No orange juice, yogurt, fruit, milk, or napkins.

When checking into our room, the key did not work. A male worker there fixed it, and told us to be careful of some of the people who were staying there, they may or may not bother us. We felt unsafe and cancelled the reservation

The staff did not acknowledge us,was booked in dirty stinky rooms,bugs crawling,we were coughing constantly,was moved to 3 rooms ,which were all not in a good condition,the receptionist had the audacity to tell the hotel is not a 5star when I complained,he told me if want I can go and pay $200 at holiday inn

It was close to several restaurants.
Negatives:
It was very old and not kept up. The bathroom had peeling paint all over the doors and walls. The baseboards looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a while. The toilet seat had cigarette burns all around it.
The bed felt like the springs were about to burst out. Overall it just wasnt sanitary.

Toilet seat was broken, room phone did not work, no room service in sight for 2 days, not enough towels, or amenities. No remote controll for TV. Then this man knocked on everybody's door at 9am telling them to check out or if they are staying another day they need to check in at the front desk! Checkout time is at 11:00am!!! Why the heck was he harrasing folks with a clipboard.
