This place is dated. There was a hole @the shower wall, electrical outlet was loose and didn't have cover. There was a gap between the frame & door (main entry), that critters could crawl in through (1st floor - street level). Bathroom door had a dent as if someone punched it.
Towel rack had come off the wall, and a board was put up to mount it. Really shabby work. Noise level was unacceptable, from people (I assume are tenants) hanging in the parking lot, or balcony.
