It was in a decent location. Lots of stores, 20 minutes from downtown

The property seemed ok online. When I arrived the checking office door was locked they had a walk up window. The first room I was in smelled wet, the A/C didn’t work and it was muggy. The connecting door didn’t lock and the neighbor actually lived there so I’m sure they used that room at their leisure. They opened the door while we were in there. The second room seemed to be decent until we did a walk thru there were roaches in the bathroom the roaches all running from behind the fridge. I was told they were sold out so I asked how I’d go about getting a refund. The guy at the desk then told me he could find another room. It was St. Patty day weekend and I’m sure I wasn’t going to find anything, so I agreed to look at another room. This last room looked wayyyyy better. Didn’t have an odor and everything worked in there.
