Dishes were dirty in dishwasher. Fire alarm at 2am with no hotel staff to provide any explanation and never provided. Notified front desk that toaster and icemaker. Ot working and no action after 4 days. Breakfast was below average for similar hotel

We were told we would have to courtyard view or a balcony and we had the valet parking lot view. The tv didnt work the hotel handyman fixed it. The couch was so hard we couldnt sit on it. If we couldve gotten a refund we would have left and found an
