The room was clean, check in was fast and efficient. All in all, it was a nice place to stay. PS love the shampoo and conditioner :)
Negatives:
Disappointed there was no coffeemaker in the room but the coffee in the lobby was ok.
There was a very bad smell at one point in the lobby and especially in the elevator. It smelled strongly of skunk (or skunk weed) An hour later, it was gone.

The description was accurate, the cleanliness, the comfort was as expected. The front desk personnel is very kind and courteous. The breakfast attendant was also very courteous.

We have no mayor complaints.
One only thing that we can suggest on, is the odor that came from the carpet on the entrance hall, it seems that it was wet and the elevator was also smelling to humidity.

Being on a busy intersection and our room faced the street, thought ‘oh no’ going to hear traffic all day/night. But was surprised how quiet it was, except for an occasion ‘loud’ vehicle.
The Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Negatives:
Only one elevator. Luckily the Spark didn’t seem to be fully booked so I think that helped with elevator ‘wait time’.

Management. The hotel didn't have our room. This is the first time a hotel has said they didn't have our Booking.com reservation, even though we paid weeks in advance. We have to start calling other hotels to get a room.

The rooms (dirty), the staff (blah or didn’t speak) and the “breakfast” was just thumbs down.. the best part of the entire stay was the bed wasn’t terribly uncomfortable! The water pressure wasn’t horrible even though the shower screamed (loud annoying noise) the entire duration of the shower!

Hotel is located in a great area, near shops and restaurants. Staff were very nice and friendly I was able to check in a little early. And my room was very clean. I used Clorox wipes to wipes down and it was clean.

The lobby has a slight smell and the elevator. And when you turn on the shower it makes a very loud noise the entire time it’s on and the water can be hotter.
