Positives:
Location was excellent, no need to have a car because you're in the center of everything. The staff was very friendly and the room was ok.
Negatives:
We did not get our room cleaned even after asking for it multiple times. We were offered IHG reward points as compensation and even though we gave our account number, we never got our points.
The room was stuffy and humid.
The breakfast was terrible, the area was always dirty, the food was cold, and the last day there was no coffee or waffle mix.

Positives:
Great staff and gym facility! We stayed a week and Breakfast was good but disorganized. The room was good but it was hard to keep the temperature regulated. Excellent bed, quiet nights sleep. The perfect location. I would recommend this hotel to pet owners! There were a lot of dogs and with one exception all were very well mannered, and well received.
