The hotel is close to River Street, so the location of the hotel is great for walking around Savannah.

Positives:
This location is primo. Do note it is on a busy street if you are on the City View side. The staff really shines at this location!! Very friendly and helpful - excellent individuals housekeeping and cleaning the lobby. Hard workers!
Negatives:
We had a Deluxe Double - very small room. Pets are allowed. Not great one of us is allergic to animal dander. One guest left their dog unattended for the entire day; it barked non-stop. Staff did make contact, but owner did not return until pm
