The beds and pillows! The best. The room was very good, clean. All of the facilities were perfect and the location was a block from the riverfront. Definitely would stay again.

The location is fantastic! Walking distance to everything. Rooms and hotel are beautifully decorated. Rooms have a large beautiful window with a lot of natural light. The service was wonderful, friendly and quick to resolve anything needed. Also restaurant is delicious and has an amazing rooftop bar.

I had a service animal and they questioned me and almost interrogated me about what my disability was. Very rude receptionist. When looking for a hotel, it said “dog friendly, charges might apply” well…If not a service animal the charge is $150 per night! Also valet is $55 a night and there is no other parking in the area unless you get lucky and find street parking .
Coffee pot in the room, but only two pods. They want you to go the restaurant and order a pot of coffee.
Free empty water bottle,but you have to fill it in the gym!

Couple issues in the room when we got there. Batteries dead in the remote, toilet wouldn’t flush. Maintenance fixed it within an hour but was still unnecessary
